We'd like to downgrade from Enterprise ($999/mo) to Team ($299/mo) at the end of this billing cycle. We no longer need SSO or the advanced reporting.

I can schedule that downgrade for you. Just to confirm: you'll lose access to SSO, advanced reporting, custom roles, and the API rate limit will drop from 2500 to 200 req/min. The change takes effect on March 1.
