We need a full export of all ticket data from the past 12 months for our SOC 2 audit. What format options do you have?

We support JSON, CSV, and JSONL exports. For audit purposes, I'd recommend JSONL as it preserves all metadata including internal notes and timestamp precision. You can run: cliaas zendesk export --subdomain yourco --out ./audit-export

Does the export include ticket deletion history and access logs?

Yes, the full export includes audit trails. Access logs are in a separate endpoint — I'll add that to the export manifest. Give me a moment to prepare the extended export.
