Dashboard loading takes 30+ seconds

For the past 3 days, our main dashboard takes 30-45 seconds to load. We have 50 agents and this is killing our response times. Happens in all browsers.

I'm escalating this to our engineering team immediately. Can you share your organization ID so we can check the backend metrics?

Org ID is ORG-8842. It started around Tuesday afternoon.

Found it — there was a database index that got corrupted during our Tuesday maintenance window. The team is rebuilding it now. You should see improvement within the hour.
